Shipping Information
Downloads: Downloads are available immediately upon purchase, directly on the website. They are not sent by e-mail. Please be sure to check for your download link before you log out of your account. There are never shipping charges on downloadable products. Downloads cannot be refunded.
Stock Varies: Some of our items are purchased in bulk for re-sale. Please note that due to product availability and price changes, sometimes the product you receive will not fully match the image provided. The new item will function the same as the item in the image.
Shipping time frame:
- Most of the year: 3-4 weeks
- May to September: Please anticipate at least 6 weeks for shipping, then delivery time on top of that. Sometimes this may need to extend to 8-10 weeks. While we create a large inventory during the off-season, the summer months are the busiest time of the year for catechists placing orders and we want to give individual attention to each item we send to you so that it will be sure to be useful for your students for many years to come.
Continental USA: Flat Rate shipping is $10 per order. Non-Continental USA: Alaska and Hawaii are flat rate of $15.
Everywhere else: Flat Rate shipping of $50 per order. Please inquire if you anticipate the shipping fee will be significantly lower than this so that I can provide a custom code for you.
You will receive a tracking link when your order is shipped to you.
- If you have not received your order within 7 days from the date of shipping, please contact us to investigate with our local post office or UPS office.
- International customers: customs can be quick or slow. Please wait 3 weeks before contacting us to investigate the package's location.
Problem with your order? Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a prompt resolution. After this date, the order is assumed to be complete.
Refunds: Paypal fees and any already paid shipping charges can not be refunded.
